Beautiful art plate, showing an American Eagle soaring in the mountains. This limited edition plate is titled, "FREEDOM," and is the 1st issue in the "Soaring Majesty" series. Plate is numbered 15748E, from 1991, manufactured by W.L. George.
The plate is in near mint condition, with no chips, cracks, marks. Plate measures 8 1/2" diameter, and is edged in gold.
